First Conversation & Free Site Visit
You get in touch, we arrange a relaxed, no-pressure visit to your home or plot. We listen to your ideas, talk budgets and give honest early advice.
Feasibility & Quote
Within a short period of time, you’ll receive a clear, detailed written quotation, along with a realistic timeline for your project.
Design & Planning
We create (or work with your architect) to produce plans you love. We can handle the planning application, Building Regulations submission and party wall agreement if needed.

The Build – One Point of Contact
Once work begins, your dedicated project manager becomes your point of contact from day one to the final day. They’ll ensure you stay informed with weekly updates and site visits.
Luxury Fit-Out & Finishing Touches
Our team ensures the inside of your home is every bit as perfect as the structure.
We install your kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, flooring, lighting and all the decorative finishes.
Handover & Aftercare
We carry out a thorough snagging process together. Your home is professionally cleaned, all certificates issued, and we walk you through every switch and setting. You get the keys to a move-in-ready home.
